Personal Trainer and Health Coach Sharon Ferber comes to fitness as a second career, being the result of her own personal struggle with weight loss. She believes a commitment to wellness, including resistance training with cardio and a healthy diet, is the best path to fitness and life success. To maximize results she utilizes varied exercise approaches, such as functional movement, circuit training, TRX, bootcamp, high intensity interval training, cardio endurance, and Pilates. Her focus is weight loss, resistance training, training for active daily living, and rehabilitation through functional movement.
